Phnom Penh Thai Embassy

HI quick question a friend is going to Phnon Penh does the Thai Embassy give out Double Tourist Visa's ?? Im happy that I don't have to worry about this any more with the yearly visa

Would you be surprised if they even refuse him a single entry?

Phnom Penh is not known to be a friendly consulate so it is not reccomended as a visa run location. But if he is going there anyway he should be able to get a single entry tourist visa.

Yes they stamped in my passport VISA GRANTED ONLY THIS TIME. In the meantime i have a new passport so i could try again

I went there and the dude came out with a printout of all my exits and entries to thailand which at the time were about a year's worth. dont think new passports are gonna help because they just print all you shit out
