Wanted-relaible Dawn To Dusk Security Guard

i want to employ a capable, dawn to dusk security guard to look after a house build at Mabrachan Lake before we start to install the serious electrics, (aircons etc) it will last for two months.

i will pay 8,000 a month and if he/she completes the two months in a reliable fashion, no lengthy holidays, no extended illnesses, incidents etc i will pay him/her a 4000 bonus at completion.

i have contacted some local agencies but all have said they want a longer contract or do not have guards available to cover

if anyone can help, i would appreciate it.
