Thai's don't seem to take responsibility for problems (loss of face?). What that means is when the problem can no longer be ignored it has to be viewed as coming from somewhere. Is that foreigners? I hope not, but it would be an easy scapegoat. -

I am not worried. I am just concerned that you have been given wrong information and you are repeating it as the truth - which it isn't. It would be great if you could check it out to your satisfaction then come back on here, hold your hands up and say "oops, I was misinformed - sorry - you don't need a WP".
