The only one I know is in Jomtien. Maybe this will help but there seems to be quite a lot of dive schools around.

its a a school to start working in the navigational marine or engineering.

I've seen a place on south pattaya road that might be the institution you're looking for? it's about

halfway between the big-c and the intersection with 3rd road. on the south side(jomtien side) of

the street. it looks like a more regular type of school with some kind of maritime theme?

It's indeed where Cali said it is.

When I still had a yacht some of my crew went there for some extra courses.

I'm not sure it's a school in the sense that you enroll for a year or so, but they definitely give most courses for marine personnel to move up on the ladder all the way from deckhand to captain, and then from the low tonnage ships up to the freighters.

Never saw a website from them though.
