Look to the left of your posts where your user name etc is. The word "posts" should give you a clue.

Well looking at your post count, it appears you are nearing your fourth invitation to the same party mate. No need for stamp, just print this out 4 times and use one each time you go out for a butt.

The posts aren't numbered: the number shown after "Posts: " is always your current number of posts - it is not your post count at the time you made the post, except when it's your last post.

It would be possible for the system remember your post count when you make a post (maybe it does), and to show that number after "Posts: ", but it doesn't. I guess there's no call for it.
