Tony Adams Next Manager To Go?

Featured Replies

Have to say if I was a Portsmouth supporter would not be exactly upset to see him go as he lacks experience and looks out of his depth.

Maybe someone like Alan Curbishley would be a good replacement?

was probably a bad appointment at the time, they could have done with someone more senior alongside him, someone like terry venables.

Venables is a charlatan, Adams has got management experience at lower league and plenty being an assistant.

One of the reasons IMO Redknapp left was because he could foresee what was about to happen with the team aswell as the club being on the verge of selling all their players....Defoe is going to be sold according to the BBC and lankystreakofp7ss is useless.

Pompey peaked last year there is only one way they could head.

Adams never did much when he was at Wycombe, and to be honest it appeared to be a strange appointment given his lack of experience as a manager. It was probably more to do with finances than anything else.

Redknapp, who is a disloyal, dodgy geezer obviously saw that the owners alleged financial problems could have an impact on his transfer delaings, and side income of bungs, so jumped off the Pompey ship for the second time.
