thaigerd
.... this is Masochism, Torture, psychological Terror! can almost taste it... Recipe?

thaigerd
Sorry about the recipe, I've copied and pasted it from my Excel sheet.......and in German Here again in English: For the base dough: Flour...200g Backing powder...1spoon Sugar...100g Egg...1pc Butter or margarine...100g The base dough prepare a couple of hours in advance and keep in the fridge. Bake the base dough around 10-15 minutes only, just needs to be sealed. For the cheese filling/topping: Cream cheese...500g Milk...0,5L Lemon skin...1 small teaspoon Vegetable oil...1coffee cup Sugar...200g Egg white...1pc Egg yolk...3pc Custard powder...50g Add all the above ingredients into a mixer until a smooth consistency appears. Baking at 160degrees for about 1,5 hours, voila. Gerd If living in an area where you can not get cream cheese you can make your own curd cheese, even much cheaper and some fun: 1l milk, room temperature 30g lemonjuice wait about 24hrs and squeeze out the water(using a clean kitchen towel). 1L milk will get you around 300g curd cheese.
