Visa Run From Pai, Help!

I used to sit in the back of my friend's truck, from Chiang mai. Fall asleep and wake up at the border crossing. So I never learned much:(

Now i live in pai and confused about the easiest way to go on about my visa run.

I have a bike "cbr150" so please tell me which way to go.

Do I really have back track down 1095 and head up on 107 pass Chaing Rai.
