My wife is a Thai citizen and we live in the US (I am on work visa there). We are going through the immigration process of two countries (Canada and NZ) and need two original police certificates from Thailand for her. My wife's mom and brother went to the Royal Thai Police Headquarters to get the pilice certificates with all the require documents (including 3 fingerprints we sent from the US) and the police officer would not give them two copies.

Do you guys know how we could get two original police certificate as we need to submit them in next 3 months.
