Year Long Non-imm Ed, Multiple Reentry

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I just want to confirm my understanding of the visa I have. I'm British, and nowhere near retirement age.

I have a Non-Immigrant ED visa, with "NO. OF ENTRY" listed as "M", issued in London. It says "Enter before 11 Nov 2009". I came in with it about 3 months ago, and am leaving for the UK on Saturday for one week before heading back. It does NOT have the word "USED" stamped across it from my last entry, like my Single-Entry one from last year had.

My understanding is that I will not need a re-entry stamp, and that I'm in the enviable position of just being able to pass in to and out of the country until the 11 Nov 2009, as long as I leave at least once every 90 days. Can someone confirm or dispell this?

Thanks

That's correct. You come and go as many times as you want. You just have leave by your permit to stay date.

You can even do an entry on the 10th of Nov. and get another 90 days.

You won't get a used stamp on this one since it's a multiple entry.
