Where Are My E-mail Notifications?

Featured Replies

How come I have not received any e-mail notifications for subscribed Forums and Topics since this afternoon (about noon 20.02.09 Bkk time)?

I can go into forums and topics via "My Controls" and see new posts but what happened to the e-mail notifications??????

P.s. since I may not receive an e-mail notification of any replies to my post, is it possible for a moderator who has access to my real e-mail address to send a short note of explaination?

I will give it a try t help you. Go to My Controls and click on MY Email settings, under options on the left of the screen.

Under board preferences is the 3rd option ticked? If not do that and it should work again. Also choose your email notification.

Hi Mario,

all settings are as you suggested and all worked OK as it should. only since this afternoon new topics in subscribed forums did not show in the e-mail as they usually do, but I did get your reply to my post in the e-mail.

it is not a big issue and hopefully the problem will solve itself.

If not, let us know. Some of my fellow Mods are much more computer literate then me.

Thanks,

all appears to be working OK now. Though my e-mail accounts were working I noticed that a couple of notifications which were sent yesterday afternoon arrived in my inbox well after midnight.

So the problem was probably somewhere in cyberspace and had nothing to do with TV.

I think the mods can close this topic now.

Sorry for having raised an unneccessary alarm.

Having the same problem since the same date & time having to check new posts all the time.

I will try to reset my e mail settings.
