Hi,thanks for the info I'm coming over the week after next,might give you a call,I notice there's a property for sale as well,I might have a viewing,it looks like a good location,do you use the communal pool/

The pool is not communal

It is rented to the person renting the 2-storey house next to it.

I used to pay 1,000 baht / month to the prior renter for use of the pool.

I would expect that the current renter would not mind the same arrangement, but you would need to ask him.
