Locally made brands of Zinc Glutinate:

Any large pharmacy should have. As they are locally made cost will be low.

My doctor at Bangkok Hospital gave me a box of Zinc tablets for my nails. Unfortunately there is no brand name nor manufacturer on the box, but at least I know they are available here. If you cannot find them in a pharmacy, you might want to consult with a dermatologist.

Tablets contain 15 mg of Zinc. No other active ingredient.
