Unmarried Visa To Uk

Featured Replies

Hi Every one , I am vietnames and have been living here with my english bf for 1 and 7 months in bangkok , but actually we have been together for 2 yrs , and we are intending to make unmarried visa to uk to summit our marriage ( Civil partnership ) and my question is : Can i apply my unmarried visa here in bangkok ? ( i tried to sent e-mail to uk embassy in bkk and vietnam but they never reply,

If you are legally resident in Thailand then you can apply to the British embassy in Bangkok.

If you and your boyfriend can show that you have been living together in a relationship similar to marriage for at least two years then you can apply for an unmarried partners visa, otherwise you will need a proposed civil partners visa.
