lopburi3
Division 3 Immigration The above is a good map for those planning a trip to immigration office in Bangkok. This new website is not fully complete but appears to be much better and once all links are in place should be very useful. Also note that they have a working link to the Thai Visa website on there new homepage.

sriracha john
Also note that they have a working link to the Thai Visa website on there new homepage. and amusingly they linked what I thought was, by now, the defunct and obsolete Elite Card. also of note, I'm not in their Most Wanted section. so that was nice. and I don't think I will be visiting any detainee as they describe below: Items not allowed to be brought into the visiting area: 1. telephones 2. arms 3. photo cameras 4. bags and I have grown rather attached to my arms.... AND my legs too, for that matter.

Great city planning to not have taxi area at subway exits but guess that would be expecting too much.
RDN
.... Great city planning to not have taxi area at subway exits ....<{POST_SNAPBACK}> ...or at the bottom of the steps of the walkways over major roads. The steps take up a huge chunk of the pavement, so why not extend the length of this chunk under the steps by having a couple of loading/unloading places for taxis? To my recollection - there is a Stopping Bay a few metres from the Lumpini Station exit at the Top of Sathorn Road. Bill
