Limewire - Access Denied In Bangkok

Featured Replies

I have LImewire 5.1.1

I get the following message. I am online no problem.

Maybe it was blocked by Mick Jagger as you have tried, of course unintentionally, to download some music... :o ?

I trust you understand the cause of your "problem"

yep, looks like true has it blocked. No problem on Maxnet though...

I'd be surprised if True blocked it, they allow other torrent sites. My ISP middleman however has blocked all torrents, do you get directly from True or go through a middleman?

I have Limewire 4.18.1 Pro.... No Problem connecting on TRUE. Just tried.

Didn't know about the Upgrade to v5.. I'll have to check it out.

I haven't used Limewire in a long time.. basically all torrents these days, and grab full albums, not only songs.

CS

Limewire's days are gone, I feel. I use YouTube to search for the song and keepvid.com, then a converter to convert mp4 to mp3.

I walk into a music shop in UK and buy the music CD that I want.

No trouble loading and playing it.

What do you expect for nothing. :o

Likewise I have Limewire 4.18.1 Pro.... No Problem connecting on TRUE. Just tried.

I have True 2mb service, Limwire works fine.

This error message looks rather like a firewall or other Internet "Security" Program on your computer blocking the service, than your provider.

Do you have any Internet Security Suites installed? If yes, turn them off temporarily and see what happens. Also deactivate the Windows Firewall for a test.

I many cases this error massage indicates the use of a server type we are not allowed to mention about...
