Divorce in Thailand is really a fairly uncomplicated matter if you were married in Thailand. I have no ideas about German law, and no one here will, either, I venture to guess. Start by reading the the appropriate chapter in the Civil and Commercial Code. And there are no doubt a phenomenal number of threads on good old TV on this topic! Just search! If you don't read the code first, before consulting a lawyer, you are foolish. It is on line. Just find it. Re TV, read with caution!
