Extend Non Imm O-a Visa

I need to do the yearly extension of my Non-imm O-A visa. What form is necessary and where can i download it??? Thanks

I think its a TM-7.

You are applying for an annual extension based on retirement. No difference if using another kind of O, same process with O-A. Once you start with the extensions, your O-A visa is dead.

You cannot extend a Non Imm O-A Visa.

You apply for a 12 month extension of your permision to stay based on retirement.

You have a single entry and coming to the end of the one year stay? Or you have a multi entry and have used for almost two years?

You can download the TM.7 form from pinned items at top of forum - but this many not be accepted by the office you use (it is accepted in Bangkok). You need a 4x6cm photo taken within the last six months. Proof of 800k in bank account 2 months account (or 3 if you have done before) book/bank letter or 65k per month income letter from Embassy or combination. Perhaps map to residence and perhaps proof of your staying there (rental contract/mail/etc).
