i am going back to thailand to make a home for my wife in isaan,,,my wife and i have a new born baby here in uk(belfast)...my wife is in the uk now on a eea family permit visa,,she has 5 year esidnt stamp and has 4 yrs remaining on it...........the 3 of us want to go back in say 6 months as i want to make a home for her for her later life....does my baby need visa to stay in thailand for say 1 yr...

Your baby is entitled to a Thai passport, which will allow it to reside in Thailand indefinitely. Call up the nearest Thai Embassy/consulate and get details.
