Where To Buy Great Bacon (in Phuket) ?!?

I'm a bit of a bacon sandwich fan and the stuff you can buy from 7-11 just doesn't cut it.

There are plenty of small "Breakfast Restaurants" that have good bacon but they don't seem inclined to share where they get it from.

Any help?

Sorry, I'm new at this. Depends on where you're living/staying. I know there is a mini-mart behind 7-Eleven on Rawai beach front that sells very good bacon etc.

Choice foods next door to the sandwich shoppe in Chalong, Wine connection is there too.

They have the best Australian imported meats, best to get there every friday, it all comes in then.

I buy my bacon at Mr Moo's on Chaofa East, about 200m past Wat Chalong on way to Chalong Circle. Not so cheap but great streaky or back bacon. Also great pork sausages, sausage rolls, pasties, pork pies.

I just recently discovered that this small shop (hard to see if you don't know it) is run/owned by big Ray ex-Blue Fin many years ago. Shop not well sign posted, single floor row of small shops, pink colour, name written on door, small clapboard next to electric pole set up during business hours.

Nice people, I'm happy to recommend.

Got to agree Mr Moo is good, also Don's do a good back bacon, Makro not too bad either
