Hope someone can help.

My Thai wife is going to be applying for a British passport in the near future.

She has been here (UK) for about 3½ years and passed her citizenship test in Xmas 2007.

Any idea on how I go about applying for this ?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Esay when she becomes a Britsh citizen you get a form from the post office and apply

If she has ILR and has passed the KOL requirement she may apply 3 years from first entering the country.

That also includes tourist visas etc.

What I should have mentioned is my 2 stepsons (12 and 14 years old) from Thailand that have been here

for 2 years now. Do they also have to wait 3 years before they can apply for a passport ?
