Hi All

I will be arriving in BKK in 3 weeks time and have read the previous posts on this hotel

Are there any updates on it? (good or bad).

Do they charge a joiner fee?

I also see that there is now an Ibis in Pattaya - anyone been there?

See you all in Chequers soon!!!!

i can't imagine any hotel in soi 4 charging a joiners fee. ibis don't... it is a good hotel..everything in room you need and nothing much else.. very cheap deals too.. best place to stay in my opinion. i love seeing these international chains coming.. wakes up the likes of the dynasty... never been to an Ibis in Pattaya but once you've been in one the rest will be the same... location is the only difference..

My parents have recently stayed there so not sure about the joiners fee, but it's your (very) typical Ibis hotel in Bangkok, at a very good price. Would recommend it to anybody looking for a decent place to stay.

I stayed there for 6 nights quite recently - good hotel. Don't know about joiner fees, but shouldn't imagine it'll be a problem so long as you booked it for 2 people.

I paid 700 a night, but the walk in rate is 2000.

Hi Super Hans

I am in Bangkok now and need a new hotel after Tuesday

How did you get the 700 Per night rate if walkin is 2000

Cheers Greg

Nice hotel, just recently opened so very tidy. It's no Sheraton, but a very acceptable standard, and almost identical in layouot to the Ibis in Bencoolen Street Singapore.

We paid about B900 buying on the net, published rate B2000.

I can't comment on the 'joiner's fee', but I'd also suggest you book a double, same rate, and there shouldn't be a problem.

Hi,

I never stayed at Ibis Nana but stayed at Ibis Siam before which is closer to the city centre.

Joiner fee is 500 Baht
