Since you are married to a Thai national, you can get an extension of 60 days to stay with your wife. At the ent of this extension you can convert your visda exempt entry to a non-immigrant based on your marriage if you can show either 400,000 in a Thai bankaccount for 2 months in your name only OR an income of 40,000 baht a month.

Marriage extension of stay is your only obvious option. That requires 400k in a Thai bank account in your name for 2 months (although some have required 3 months). For a visa exempt entry like you have now there must be 21 days or more remaining to get visa and then get extension of stay. If time is too short you should visit Vientiane or Penang to obtain a single entry non immigrant O visa for a new 90 day stay and near the end of that do the extension of stay. For visa you will need marriage certificate/copy, copy of wife ID card and good to have copy of her home register also. Plus a note asking for visa be issued to you is sometimes helpful. For the extension of stay there will be a list of items you need to take but that may change from now until you do. Basically your and her paperwork, bank passbook and letter from bank of account balance, photos at home, her home register, map and form filled out. Cost will be 1,900 baht from a non immigrant visa entry.

As above posted the 60 day extension is likely all you will need if account in order. But will be 3 fees involved.
