Efficient Thai-made Ups?

Featured Replies

Are any of the locally manufactured UPS's significantly better than others in terms of efficiency (that is, low heat dissipation)? I need about six - ten batteries worth (that is, six-ten small boxes or fewer big ones). No extreme performance needs, as long as they'll handle typical Bangkok failure & over-voltage conditions -- I just don't want to heat the place up unnecessarily.

Thanks in advance,

Retiree

I have been using Leonics for the past 12 years and am very happy with them.

If one needs a new battery after 2-3 years take it to Leonics on Bang-Na-Trat Rd and it is done while waiting (half an hour).

Only problem for me is that the manual and their software is all in Thai.
