Help I Think I Have Just Cocked Up With My Visa Renewal

Hi,

I have just relised that today was the Ist of June and I should have gone to iimigration to check on my Non O visa extension for this year,I have been in bed most of the day sick, so it just slipped my mind.

Am I in big trouble? as today was the day I was supposed to report back for the new stamp.
