Hi there i would like some advice if possible..

i currently hold a non B , one year multiple entry visa (that expires next month). i obtained this through a company that i (setup) registered back in the beginning of 2008 . since registering the company i have never got my finger out and started operating my business. I have been too busy enjoying my freedom from work... until now that is i would like to start doing some work for the company that i set up. Can i use the same paper work (company documents) to renew my visa then from that apply for my work permit?

any advice would be good.. Thanks in advance :)

You can get a new (not renew) mulitple entry non B visa but you will not get it from any of the nearby consulates without a work permit valid for one year. When you have the work permit you can get one in KL.

You can get a single entry if you have a WP3 (work permit receipt) plus all the other required documents.

If you make another entry the day before your visa expires you can get another entry for 90 days.

Same as original poster, I am driving to vientiane next month and will have WP3.

Anyone else been to location and got Non B ok?

No problem getting a single entry B in Vientiane if you have a WP3 and company documents.

What about getting (another) 1-Year-Multiple-B in Vientiane, if you have a Work Permit ("Valid until" on page 5 is empty, "Renewal..." on page 8 shows "Until 13. April 2010"), Partnership Registration papers and Personal Income Tax (PG91) from 2008 are OK? My Multiple-B expired on April 10th, and I would like to save the money for a Europe trip.... Got someone a "comprehensible" list of this "If all your paperwork is OK"-thing?

Any futher good experiences except this one lucky guy in the forum? :)

Lots of thanks in advance

Ralf
