Realistically speaking, do you think Trump will last till November?
Yeah, it's a real bummer we get GF's as hot as Melania without her price tag. -

Harris Confronts Trump’s Remarks on Her Identity with Calls for Unity and Respect
You stated there were no such thing as Brown Shirts on the streets in the USA and I immediately provided you a valid published reference showing you there were from earlier this year. There's others too, including the "fine people" who marched in Charlottesville chanting "Jews will not replace us!" in 2017. These are direct rebuttals to your clear statements that prove them wrong. I'll have that cigar. You're a particularly lousy debater. -

Neck and shoulder pains from computer mouse
I use Microsoft or Logitech ergonomic mouse or trackball since years. They cost roughly between 1000B to 3000B and I used them all for years. I think everybody should make sure they have comfortable input devices for their computer which they use every day. Even if the 3000B mouse would only last one year, that less than 10B per day. I think that is a good investment in our health. -

Ex-Pats targeted on Sky Train
Here's averages from 3 years ago which should be more representative and shows a similar pattern, and bear in mind they'll have increased somewhat since then. There's always going to be outliers well above and below average but I don't think it's as dismal as you make out. https://www.euronews.com/business/2024/05/31/pensions-in-europe-which-countries-are-best-and-worst-for-retirement -

Periodic COVID updates for England
Government accepts advice on 2024 autumn COVID-19 vaccine programme Minister Andrew Gwynne has accepted advice from the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI). 2 August 2024 The government has accepted advice from the JCVI for an autumn COVID-19 vaccination programme this year. ... On the advice of the expert JCVI all those aged 65 or over, all those in care homes for older people, and those aged 6 months or over who are in a clinical risk group will be eligible for vaccination this autumn. Vaccination offers the best protection for those at risk of serious outcomes through older age or clinical condition. Protection against serious disease wanes over time so it is important to top it up by getting an autumn dose if you are eligible. ... The JCVI has not advised offering the vaccine to frontline health and social care workers, staff in care homes for older adults, unpaid carers and household contacts of people with immunosuppression as part of the national programme. Apple Withdraws Ad Amid Thai Backlash, Extends Apology
NYC subway CANNOT compare to BKK BTS. So don't even suggest it. Thailand throws away a tourist spot made by Apple for free and delivered on a silver platter because yes, "This only net effect of the ad is to make people come to Thailand. To do business, and see the sights." If only for New Yorkers to see how decrepit their subway system is. -

Nostalgia for Prayut Grows as "We Miss Loong Tu" Goes Viral
Granted. However the party that won the most seats could not form a coalition government and therefore the party that came second were given the opportunity (as is correct and legal). They could and did form a legal coalition and thus became the government in power. The problem is that if part of the coalition decides to break away the rest of the coalition may become a minority minority government and be unable to pass legislation which should result in a new election. As for the PM being appointed, AFAIR no PM is elected by the people but by the biggest party in the government. Under Prayuth's rule the PM was nominated by the unelected senate, who in turn were selected by Prayuth. -
