If you have a twelve month extension and plan to leave the country you need a Re Entry Permit from Immigration otherwise your extension will expire when you leave.

Re Entry Permit 1,000 Baht for a single. 3,800 for a multiple.

OK. I go to immigration in december for extension, want to visit England one time during course of extension.( April probably) Do I ask for re-entry permit at same time as applying for extension?

That would be a good idea as it will save you another trip to Immigration. It will be valid for the length of time as your extension.

You will need a photo for the application. Same size as the extension application.
