Was just reading LC's blog. Well 3 posts that is. It just struck me as. Shes so open with things. life.etc. I havent done anything to my blog. And after reading LC's. Do i really want to? Do i want people knowing what i'm thinking? I dont think so. I've been on Tv for a while and i have never looked at anyones blog or had any desire to. So do you have one? And are you as open as LC? Do you check out others blogs just to be nosey? I'm curious about this. Why open up so much to complete strangers? I dont mind being honest and up front with friends but people i have never met...mmmm I dont think so. I'll pass.

Some people love talking about themselves, so the blogs perfect for them. Read Random Chances blog, it's the best there in my opinion, and perfect for them days when Bangkok gets too much.

I've considered doing it myself, but much like you perhaps don't wanna open up so much to so many strangers, but maybe I will give it a go sometime, it keeps tempting me.

I often worry about this sort of thing Jock, I have put my house construction pics up in the gallery, I have my location in my member title on the left and I have mentioned previously about where I work. I should really be protecting myself and my family a bit more, especially as a mod because I do have occassion to get on the wrong side of some folks. A little scary imho. But I am not the sort of bloke to go posting my feelings and day to day activities, that is just a little too personal (I don't even tell my wife what I do from day to day ).

But I see your point here.

Had a look at a couple of blogs to try to figure out what on earth they were. Didn't really see the point, still dont. Don't have one, don't consider having one, don't read others ....

I used to do mine quite often but I've got rid of my IPstar connection so have to rely on GPRS, which I spend as much time trying to connect as actually connected.

BKK madness thanks for the nice comments. I started mine as everyone always asks "what do you do all the time if you live up country" and to try to give people more of an idea what its like, also I have friends and family back home that can always get an update on how things are going and look at some pic's. I dont like to go much into the "touch'feely" type stuff as I'm not that open, but I've got nothing against posting pic's and stuff.

Well 85 hits and only 5 responses. I guess many people are like me. Dont want to open up to total strangers and all that. Well if you do or dont then its up to you. I still dont want to do it. Who knows in the future? But i dont think so.

Never been a big fan of blogs. I used to be a columnist which is kinda like blogging for dollars, so there wasn't much incentice in doing it for free. I've now decided to give it a try as it gives me a chance to reflect, and also to spout off about stuff. Made me realize that it is definitly easy to get out of practice writing though. The style and rythem doen't come as easy anymore, and worst off all.....NO SPELLCHECK!
