Featured Replies

There is Chiang Mai 4 year plan available from some government office website in Thai (140pages pdf). These is the development plan for Chiang Mai 2009-2013. Is there any place where i can get this in English?

Google translator is not good enough

Chiang Mai chamber or commerce didnt have anyone speaking english and eventually they hang up the phone for me.

If its 140 pages that would equate to about 2 to 3 hours of 3+- Thai chatter, if (big if) you could find some persons who could get everything said on paper. A development plan would require at least a bakers dozen, thus, even the 4 week seems a little far ranging. Yesterday????
