We "decorate" in the moment in my condo. The condo management Friday starts a BIG WAR and want the 2000 Baht CASH from the contractor. -

I not know what will happen Monday. I went to Pattaya because I not want see the Manager and his staff. I buy the condo some time ago now the management came smile and ask: "Do you want to sell your condo ??"

The management of The condo chain wants 10,000 Baht "deposit bond to be refunded" ...

He say "this is the "Revenue Policy of Juristic Person" " :)
