Decent Place To Eat - Tonight!

Its my gf's birthday today and we are going to eat out. Normally go to Sirocco, but because of the rain and the expense (!), looking for somewhere else.

Total budget around 5,000 baht, including wine. Any kind of menu really, just looking for a romantic-place in centre of Bangkok, preferably outside, but sheltered from rain ....

Any ideas? Decent hotel restaurants that have a good outdoor locale, preferably quite high up?

Can recommend The Deck in Arun Residence Hotel neat Wat Pho (Tha Tien Pier)

You sit very romantic opposite the Wat Arun, outdoors !

Give them a call and make a reservation.

The restaurant is very popular and often fully booked.

After dinner have a dring in the rooftop bar.
