Total budget around 5,000 baht, including wine. Any kind of menu really, just looking for a romantic-place in centre of Bangkok, preferably outside, but sheltered from rain .... Any ideas? Decent hotel restaurants that have a good outdoor locale, preferably quite high up? thanks,

Give them a call and make a reservation. The restaurant is very popular and often fully booked. After dinner have a dring in the rooftop bar.
