The only time I venture into Pattaya is to visit BKK Bank on 2nd Road, (so no traffic jams cos the bank is at the bottom end of the road). Otherwise, I avoid the place like the plague. If I want to eat out etc then I head into Jomtien and never have a traffic jam problem

OK, that explains why you never get held up on lower Pratumnak Road...because you never go there. If I was driving a car I wouldn't go there either....that's why I don't own a car.
