I want to book for 7 adults over the new year and wonder if any one has recent info or suggestions on convenient and clean guesthouses BHT1000 per double max.

Have tried to contact Vanilla Guesthouse (near "Antique House Restaurant") but they seem to off the net at the moment.

Try "Minicost Apartment & Guesthouse: the best place to stay in chiang mai ..4* <1,000 baht.
