My report is due on 28.09.09 and I would normally mail it in the week before and get it back in 2-3 weeks.

Since it appears that nobody is sure if Suan Plu will remain in charge of the reporting I think this time would be best to do it in person (actually my wife would do it on my behalf) because the move could well foul up the return mails.

Any idea if mail-in is safe at this late date (close to moving)?

You would think they made provisions for the mail, but I would do it as early as possible and by registered mail, so you can show you send it if something does go wrong.

I always mail by EMS so evidence of receipt is never a problem.

But we know how things work here and they may well 'lose some pending mail in the move'.
