Testing The Water Through Tv First

does anybody know if the recent 'consumer protection laws' actually make The Supplier (in this case a store) responsible for the quality of a product sold to The Buyer (me)? Specifically HomePro supplied 2 sets of some not inexpensive garden furniture which is now falling apart after just over one year. They of course are doing a Pontius Pilate. TV views appreciated first then other action maybe later. Thanks

was there any warranty on it? One year is long in Thailand.

My experience would say there isn't such a consumer act and as Raro pointed out a year is long in Thailand, even for a government let alone a warrenty :)

Looked at the garden furniture in HomePro many times but have never seen anything in there that looked like it would last more than six months despite having a high price tag so never bought their stuff.
