We are going to revonate a shop into a spa, I am alooking for a builder interested in this type of work. At this stage I am looking for quotations and getting to know what is available.

There are 2 stages to the renovation:

The first stage is to clear the shop of its original fittings and get it ready for renovation, this stage will include checking the plumbing, electics and modifying these where necessary and a fair bit of plastering, stripping the old paint, prming etc

The second stage is the renovation itself, I already have a guy for this, but I am getting fed up as he is dragging his heels and not giving me a straight answer on doing the first stage.

There is also the possibility, depending on the price of re-doing the 2nd floor, by this I mean ripping out the shoddily built second floor and putting a brand new one in, but this will depend on the price and time scale.
