so easy to make your own and with the abundance of good seafood in Thailand you realy can't go wrong. Give it a go, you may surpise yourself...

I have tried many times. But the fish available here are not really suitable. You need firm fish from cooler waters. Red mullet, an essential ingredient, taste nothing like those from the Mediterranean. But I have had reasonably good Italian "supa da peche" in Thailand
