so easy to make your own and with the abundance of good seafood in Thailand you realy can't go wrong. Here's a good recipe and I can vouch for it, very tasty: http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database...isse_6973.shtml. If you can't find the fish mentioned, just go for any firm flesh species. Give it a go, you may surpise yourself...

I have tried many times. But the fish available here are not really suitable. You need firm fish from cooler waters. Red mullet, an essential ingredient, taste nothing like those from the Mediterranean. But I have had reasonably good Italian "supa da peche" in Thailand
