It depends on the situation. Is the land already growing something? It's title. There isn't too much Chanote land around here. What the land has growing on it, and most importantly, how desperate the seller is to get rid of his land. I know my wife's sister sold 17 rai for 1.4M Baht earlier this year. That had 1200 10 year old rubber trees on it. I think that was a bit expensive, but someone did buy it. So I suppose the best answer is whatever they can get.
