carob

Nama shoyo (organic unprocessed soy sauce not like the Maggie crp. Although for now I use Kikomans)

I appreciate the last post and the info on the Miso

Also how about sundried tomatoes? Not in oil.. Didn't see them at villa nor pine nuts.

Pine nuts can be got at Tops and Villa; when they have stock!

Thanks, I was at Villa and found macadamias and sun flower but not Pine.
