September 28, 200916 yr Hello, We will also be celebrating my son Groucho's first birthday this Saturday. We are expecting many neighborhood people dropping in. The ice cream man is already lined up to service the party for a coulpe of hours. I want to buy a chocolate sheet cake (you know a large oblong cake) for the many servings it provides. I know there are some good bakeries on Thong Lo with some delicious cakes, my wife bought me a birthday cake there a couple years ago. Aside from that I want to know if anyone has any experience or recommendations on where to buy. My area is along Sukhumvit, any where between Prom Pong and Phra Khanong. I have also tasted great looking cakes that were mostly made up of shortening, and were tasteless. I plan on tasting first before I order. Many thanks, -O
