If I remember rightly he used to use a photo of a thirtysomething, handsome. football type celebrity, presumably himself in better days. What went wrong in so short a time? Surely the somtam and sticky rice in southern Issan can't contain that much carbohydrate?

about "somtam and sticky rice" - that doesn't sound like his first choice for meal, and even a lot of chang doesn't build up such an enormous muscle!

Since Lampard's avatar does not violate the forum rules (only common decency), we cannot as him to change it without the required fee of 300baht.
