Khun Bob Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 For repos try Kasikorn Bank at:http://www.kasikornbank.com/PropertyForSal...,0-EN-1,00.html if the page comes up in Thai, click the English button at the top of the page. They have listings by province. Is it just me or does anyone else get the webpage in Thai when you click the ENG button???? Its been like that for about 6 months now... And there doesnt seem to be a way of hacking the change back to english - like changing part of the URL -
Topprofile Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Try this instead: http://www.kasikornbank.com/PropertyForSal...N-1,00.html?all Another site is http://www.bkkcondos.com deals mainly with Bangkok but also some in Pattaya
dave111223 Posted November 29, 2007 Posted November 29, 2007 Sophon,Great stuff! Thank you VERY much. I have a full time web designer on payroll so any other comments would be much appreciated. Thanks again. Greg www.property.th.com You might be to take a look at your price search; which doesn't seem to work at all. I check the 2.5mil-5mil box and get a bunch of results with 18m, 30m etc...
PattayaParent Posted November 29, 2007 Posted November 29, 2007 Try this instead:http://www.kasikornbank.com/PropertyForSal...N-1,00.html?all Still doesn't work.

Topprofile Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 Try this instead:http://www.kasikornbank.com/PropertyForSal...N-1,00.html?all Still doesn't work. Hm, maybe it just worked beacuse I had visited the correct place just earlier and cached my choice to be english. Anyway it's still easy, just go to Kasikorns mainsite and choose english in the top menu, then "properties for sale" in the left side menu and then lastly "Real Estate - main index". Now it's working for me..
1Rai.com Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 What part of Thailand are you looking at? (Or anywhere in Thailand?) Either way, www.1rai.com has thousands of properties listed by hundreds of agents and developers all over Thailand.

okinasan Posted December 8, 2007 Posted December 8, 2007 For more houses for sale or rent in and around Chaing Mai the following sites may be of some use:-http://jasminehomes.co.th/jasmine.php http://www.chiangmaihabitat.com From personal experience and that of some others I know of, I would not recommend the Jasmine Homes people, although their site looks very tempting........... okinasan

I saw your comment regards to Jasmine Homes. Would you mind to give me some more information. Because, I went to their office and I found the house which I want to buy and remodel. My opinion from Jasmine homes was not perfect ...little concern I had. First of all, the agent took me to the project of Jasmine homes. Some of their house was so beautiful and hugh! They all look new(or only a few years). I wonder why they want to move out. All of their owner of the house was foreiners and I fet a little strange to hear their reasons to move out. Secondly, the agent didn't seems to be warm person. So I was not sure that I should make a deal with them or not. I'd be vey happy if you could share with your story. Thank you very much.
