does anyone know if there are factory outlets for kids clothes in or around bangkok?

How about Bobae area???? or Bobae Tower ( Prince palace hotel ) this is as close to factory outlest as you can get clothes from brands like gap, gymboree, laura ashley, carters at pric es under 400Bht.... I love to go shopping there for my kid clothes it's worth every penny
