Best way to transfer money, thai bank to us bank?

First time poster here so please excuse me if this topic has already been well-covered.  I would like to transfer money out of Thailand (Bangkok Bank) and into the US (Bank of America).  Relatively small amount (under $10K), any ideas on cheapest, most reliable way?

I'm thinking I'd like to take advantage of the strong baht/$ and also need the funds in my US account.  Any suggestions/advice would be most appreciated.
