Is Earth round or flat❓
If a bird stops flapping its wings, apart from soaring, it will fall to the ground. If the balloon bursts, it too will fall to the ground. This principal is the same, however, the mode of 'flight' is different. This moves us away from the principal reason and the original post....is the Earth flat...? -

Yes, I saw in the video that one of the robbers was equipped with a machete or sword and not afraid to use it on the poor man. A hard slash from that at the right place severing a main artery can be fatal. That robber if caught should be handed a stiff sentence indeed.- 1

I HATE Thai Immigration - 90 day online report frustrations
First up ...13 days should be enough . I have done exactly that with CW 13 early also. Approved and had hand written note to do it 15 next time. Re the reason not working now... they had idea to sync online reporting with TM30. Result: forum rules prevent how to describe it. Thinking "balls up" allowed -

Who lives on 20k a month ?
Thanks for the Quy Nhon suggestion. I did a little research on both Facebook and Airbnb for apartments. It appears to be about the same price ($340 is what I’m paying here in Danang). The only problem is that the round trip flight for my gf and I would be closer to $750 vs $240 so for 2-3 month trips it adds onto the cost substantially. It looks like a beautiful location/beach however. As far as a retirement visa goes, if you look at the FAQs on this visa agent site, it looks like there is a workaround by getting a 12 month business visa. If I didn’t already own a condo and car in Thailand I would definitely be tempted. https://www.getvisavietnam.com/vietnam-business-visa/
