No idea where you are so look for a large store outside thats sales large plastic item (containers) of every size and shape. These stores are all over Thailand.

They have water storage but not bottles in this size at Hompro.

He sells watertanks in many sizes.

i use a plastic bottle (tank) in my bathroom, 40gallon (about 150L)....just for emergencies (because no power - no water).
