Which hospital in Thailand has this tool ?

All the major "international" hospitals can do this, altho they may not know what you mean if you say Dexa scan, just tell them bone density scan. Can arrange through the clinics that do the physical check-ups ("Wellness Clinic" or some such name):

BNH Hospital

Samitivej

and some of the smaller ones may also have it e.g. Pyathai, buit not 100% sure.

I had mine done at Samitivej.

I believe normally it is a selected area being checked - in my case it was spine/back area - my wife has every year. As I recall it is not very expensive. In Vijthani hospital it is located in the physical exam area and suspect it is called a wellness clinic (or executive health care) as Sheryl mentioned.

No, I what I had was the bone density scan (I already know where my body fat is stored!) . And afraid I don't remember the cost. In any case if you are talking about a different test then might not apply.
