Most of them use the same method to estimate revenue from advertisements, calculate the revenue for two years, and then tell you that this is the value of the domain. Nothing else is taken into account, not even the cost of operating and maintaining the site. klikster Posted November 6, 2009 Share Posted November 6, 2009 I wonder how these guys get their data. Alexa? Crystal ball? One of my sites is a review / affiliate site. No ads at all, yet they show $2.85 daily ad revenue. Also, when I compare their numbers to my AWStats, it's only about 40% of page views.
