Learning The Lingo

Featured Replies

Okies, been here for 3 yrs, The only "thai" I know is from bargirls, I do not speak any outside of the bargirl scene for obvious reasons.

Just had my work permit and visa extended for another two years so i figure its time to get off my ass and become "more" local.

I work 48hrs a week over 5 days so i dont really have the time/motivation to dedicate to self learning at home.

Im after a decent school/tutor in Pattaya to help me in my quest, anyone got a recommendation, i would also like to learn to read Thai.

I would prefer to do my learning late afternoon weekdays (time off work to learn Thai is not an issue).

There used to be some Thai language places in soi Buakhaw near the junction with klang. They used to be quite flexible with the timing of lessons.
